Linux infrastructure support for failures hidden below the platform

We trace the workload across process, kernel, network, storage and host — then turn the findings into fixes your team can operate safely.
Find the root cause instead of restarting the service
We establish a CPU, memory, I/O and network baseline before changing configuration. perf, eBPF/bpftrace, strace, pidstat, vmstat, sar and Linux Pressure Stall Information expose CPU steal, lock contention, page faults, memory pressure, OOM events and exhausted file descriptors. You receive an evidence-backed diagnosis, not generic sysctl advice.
Where tuning is justified, we adjust kernel parameters, cgroups, systemd limits and service settings against targets such as p95 latency or throughput. Each change has validation criteria and a rollback procedure.
Predictable storage and hardware
We use iostat, fio, SMART/NVMe telemetry and filesystem metrics to find queue saturation, high latency, inode pressure and RAID or device degradation. We review ext4 or XFS, LVM, mdadm and mount options against the workload's performance and durability requirements.
For bare-metal and hybrid systems, we check NUMA topology, CPU throttling, memory errors, firmware, RAID layout and hardware health. The report separates issues solved by configuration, additional capacity or physical replacement.
Networking support beyond the cloud console
With iproute2, ss, nftables, conntrack, tcpdump, mtr and ethtool, we reconstruct the traffic path and diagnose asymmetric routing, packet loss, retransmissions, MTU mismatches, DNS delays, NAT exhaustion and NIC offload issues.
We design and support routing, firewalls, VLANs, WireGuard or IPsec VPNs, and load balancing with HAProxy or NGINX. Rules are reviewable, access follows least privilege, and every critical change has a tested backout plan — consistent with your broader infrastructure deployment strategy.

We inventory distributions, kernels, packages and service dependencies, flag end-of-life components and plan phased upgrades with canary hosts, health checks and rollback criteria. Ansible converts configuration, patching and hardening into reviewed automation instead of server-by-server manual work.
Backups are paired with restore tests. Capacity plans use actual CPU pressure, memory headroom, storage growth and network utilisation. Prometheus node exporter, Grafana or Zabbix expose disk latency, conntrack pressure, filesystem exhaustion and hardware errors before users notice them — closing the loop with your monitoring, logging & tracing setup.
